Engage is proud to announce the successful implementation of its colleague engagement platform across The Ardonagh Group, one of the world’s largest insurance intermediaries. Initially launched in 2021, the platform has transformed how Ardonagh’s 11,000-strong global workforce communicates, collaborates, and engages with the organisation, providing a unified yet customisable experience that respects the distinct identity of each of the Group’s over thirty leading insurance brands.

Business Benefits Achieved:
Unified yet customisable communication: The Engage platform has provided Ardonagh Group with a unique solution to unify communication across its diverse brand portfolio. Each colleague accesses an instance of the app that is fully customised for their specific brand, allowing them to consume both group-wide and brand-specific content in one seamless environment. This has enhanced the efficiency of group communications while preserving the loyalty and advocacy that colleagues feel toward their individual brands.
Enhanced operational efficiency: The platform has streamlined the process of delivering consistent and targeted communications across different geographies and business units. Colleagues receive the correct policies, procedures, and updates relevant to their location and role, reducing the complexity and time previously required to manage these communications across multiple intranets and email channels.
Improved colleague engagement: Since the initial roll-out, the Engage platform has supported significant business expansion, onboarding an additional 3,000 colleagues worldwide. The platform has become the go-to resource for colleagues, enhancing their overall experience and ensuring they are connected and informed throughout their journey with the company.
Empowered recognition and collaboration: Ardonagh Group has leveraged the platform to make impactful improvements to its Spotlight initiative, a group-wide recognition programme. Colleagues can now easily recognise and celebrate each other’s achievements, collaborate on recognition efforts, and participate in awards days—all hosted on the Engage platform. The visibility and accessibility of peer-to-peer recognition, awards, and badges have been significantly enhanced, making recognition a more integral and celebrated part of the company culture.
